My son Victor manages a local Planet Fitness Gym in Royal Palm Beach Florida. Yesterday a flood of new members came to activate their New Years resolution and enroll in the fitness center. He left work 2 hours later than usual because of the steady flow of new health minded people. This is the first action step needed to begin a new health habit. Keep moving and you will see and feel the difference in the first 7-14 days. You clothes will fit better, you'll sleep restfully and your energy level will begin to rise.
So while your watching and evaluating the political candidates to initiate the changes you wish to make in the great country we call America you can take action to improve your personal world.
